He has led global content delivery operations at The Associated Press, driven digital transformation at the Association of Corporate Counsel, and helped enterprises navigate the less glamorous work of untangling troubled technology projects that didn't land the way they should have. Across every engagement, his record is consistent: practical solutions to complex problems, measurable outcomes, and partnerships built on shared accountability.
As Managing Partner of ODA Group, Paul works with executives navigating complex change — aligning technology investments with mission-critical outcomes and building the kind of trust that only comes from doing the work alongside clients, not just advising from a distance. His approach is grounded in the belief that the best technology partnerships share not just the rewards, but the risks.
Paul's experience spans executive leadership at globally recognized organizations, senior consulting across multiple industries, and hands-on delivery of enterprise programs in software, analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity. He has led teams responsible for Super Bowl coverage and Olympic broadcasts. He has modernized financial and membership systems for one of the nation's leading legal associations. He has helped hardware resellers reinvent themselves as platform and cloud service providers in a rapidly shifting market.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL Foundation expert.
